Dr. Delicia Harris is a passionate researcher, ordained Christian pastor, pastoral counselor, chaplain, and spiritual advisor who has served as a pastor at Repentance and Believe Holiness Outreach Church in Chicago, Illinois, for eighteen years. She is the founder of Born-Again Christian Believers Ministry and teaches through her radio broadcast. Dr. Harris is a devoted wife and mother to three sons.
